§1 Geltungsbereich Diese AGB gelten für alle Bestellungen über den Onlineshop von aofficial, Geiersbergweg 7a, 93059 Regensburg, Deutschland.
§2 Vertragsschluss Die Produktdarstellungen im Onlineshop sind unverbindlich. Durch das Abschließen des Zahlungsvorgangs (z. B. durch Klicken auf Buttons wie "Pay now" oder "Pay with PayPal") gibst du ein verbindliches Kaufangebot ab. Der Vertrag kommt erst durch unsere Versandbestätigung per E-Mail zustande.
§3 Preise, Versand & Zoll Alle genannten Preise sind Endpreise zzgl. Versandkosten. Gemäß §19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet. Wichtig: Bei Lieferungen in Nicht-EU-Länder (z.B. USA, UK, Schweiz, Kanada) können zusätzliche Zölle, Steuern und Gebühren anfallen, die vom Käufer zu tragen sind.
§4 Zahlung Wir bieten Zahlungsarten wie PayPal, Kreditkarte und Klarna an. Die Zahlung ist sofort fällig.
§5 Eigentumsvorbehalt Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Zahlung unser Eigentum.
§6 Widerrufsrecht Dir steht ein Widerrufsrecht von 30 Tagen zu. Details findest du in unserer separaten Widerrufsbelehrung.

§2 Contract Formation Product displays are non-binding. By completing the payment process (e.g., by clicking buttons such as "Pay now" or "Pay with PayPal"), you make a binding offer. The contract is finalized only once you receive our shipping confirmation via email.
§3 Prices, Shipping & Customs All prices are final prices plus shipping costs. In accordance with §19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), no VAT is charged and therefore not shown. Note: For international orders outside the EU (e.g., USA, UK, CH, CA), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
§4 Payment We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, and Klarna. Payment is due immediately.
§5 Retention of Title Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
§6 Right of Withdrawal You have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Please refer to our separate Return Policy for details.
